Exchange & Return Policy
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED?
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to call us or contact us via Whatsapp at 012-735 5616 and let us know the details of your package.
We would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
We will only accept return request within 3 days of you receiving the package.
**Please note that goods sold on this page are strictly not refundable, we do not offer refunds, we only offer an exchange of product (Same item with a different variation, i.e. color/size).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can either return the item via Postal Service or return it to our store in person.
Please kindly follow the below steps:
- Contact us via Whatsapp at 012-735 5616.
- Provide us your order details and reason for returns.
- We will evaluate your reason for returns and contact you as soon as we approve of your returns.
- Pack the item you wished to return in the original state and proceed to your preferred courier to post back your returns.
- Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as reference.
If upon collecting your reservation, you are not completely happy with your products, simply bring the products to our store, we will process the return for you. Please be sure to bring along your proof of purchase.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING MY PRODUCT(S)?
You can return your order within 3 days of receiving it.
General Return Conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unwashed, unused, and unworn due to hygiene reasons.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
- Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
- Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
- The product is no bought from Stock Clearance, Markdown price, or as stated on the website.
Returned products will be inspected by us, If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for an exchange.
If the defect products are found to be caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you at your cost, We do not allow the exchange if products are:
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
WHAT PRODUCT(S) CAN I EXCHANGE?
You can only exchange for the same product or with different variations (e.g. Colour and Size).
If you do not wish for an exchange or there is no stock of the product, we will return the original product to you at your cost.
